In your veto message on August 23, you announced that you had vetoed the line item for University of Illinois Extension 4-H Youth Educators in the Department of Agriculture's budget. By eliminating that line item you are eliminating 29 4-H Youth Educator positions, including three located in Cook County. <read more>
